Study of Satire in Mohammad Ali Jamalzadeh's Short Stories

Fiction of Iran entered a new era by Seyyed Mohammad Ali Jamalzadeh. The main aspect of Jamalzadeh's prose in his Stories is a special focus on social criticism. His language in his satire stories is very simple and fluent. Jamalzadeh sometimes uses satire in the whole story and sometimes uses some aspects of it in the various parts of the story. He uses exaggeration, conflict, unusual titles, invective, metaphor, metonym description in order to achieve this aim and purpose. He pays much attention to the topic of the story and its content more than its style and structure, so his stories arent organized with respect to the art of story writing. In this paper, firstly satire and its history in Persian literature is briefly introduced and then an attempt is made to introduce Jamalzadeh in short. The main part of this paper is allocated to study satire short stories of Jamalzadeh at the point of various views.
