Study of Proportional Share of Organizational Health on Employee's Quality to Life at Physical Education Offices in Kohgeloyeh& Boyrahmad Province

The purpose of this study was to determine proportional share of organizational health on employees’ quality of life at physical education offices in kohgeloyeh& Boyrahmad province. Research method was descriptive correlative and statistical population included all employees in year 1389, out of which 218 employees were selected randomly as statistical sample. Research instruments were two including a self-made organizational health question-aired and world health organization (1998). Reliability for both questionnaires was calculated at 83% and 82% after a first study. Analysis of collected data through regression analysis showed that: consistency’s sub indicators, relation competency, optimum use of resources, morale and organizational health integrity have effect on four sub indicators (physical health (0.81), mental health (0.95), community relation (0.88) and environment of life (0.90)) of quality of life (0.001).
