Measurement of cultural intelligent of managers elected federations in Iran and review its relationship with transformational leadership style

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was measurement of cultural intelligent of manages elected federations in Iran and review its relationship with transformational leadership style. Statistical population study 58 federation managers that 52 managers complete questionnaires. The method of this study was descriptive – correlation. In this study use cultural intelligent questionnaire (Ang et al, 2007) and transformational leadership style scale (Bass, Alovio, 1993). In this research use the KolmogrovSmirnof, Pearson correlation, t-test and Analysis Variance. The results showed that, overall, managers have cultural intelligent relative. Pearson correlation test showed that, there are significant between cultural intelligent and leadership style, and behavior with leadership style. Regression analysis of test showed that cultural intelligent can be as variable pre-interview of leadership. t-test results showed that were not significant difference between cultural intelligent and leadership style with gender and field of study (physical education and non-PE). ANOVA test results showed was significant different that between knowledge and leadership style with education level. Kruskal and Alis test results showed that, there is no meaningful difference between research variables and background work and management. Considering to positive relationship between cultural intelligent and transformative leadership style, given the necessary to the cultural intelligent managers will highlight for better efficiency organizations.
