Presenting an Appropriate Model for Formulating Media Policies

Every political soft action needs to be supported by soft power thus the soft power and the soft war complement each other perfectly. The Islamic republic of Iran has its soft power bases including: Leadership, Iranian and Islamic culture and identity as well as the public which hasthe greatcapability to be integrated and mobilized. Islam as a theatrical and identical backing of every action and symbols can be a link for Iranian historical in addition the behavioral patterns of Islamic leaders and Imams can be as a good reference for our society. The Islamic republic of Iran with its powerful soft power in the 20centry stood against all of the theoretical and practical elements of the West however the West made a response by some actions, responses and rushes against Iran; although western mediapursued and supported the governmentintentions. Having a powerful media system would require having suitable policy making management system as well as the appropriate political method and pattern. The main issue of this paper is to identify that there is no nationally pattern for codifying the strategic policy for domestic media. The method which has been used in this article is based on documentary studied and interview with experts; although we have used the logical and secondary analysis for analyzing the data.
