Identification and Explanation of Influencing Factors on Emerging Anti Organizational- Citizenship Behaviors
As reinforcement of organizational- citizenship behaviors can play influencing، constructive and positive role on organization performance، anti citizenship behaviors can undermine organization performance too. While this matter is very important and critical، very little investigation is done in relevant concepts، influencing factors and consequences of anti citizenship behaviors in public organizations. Therefore in this article using descriptive research method and Structural Equation Modeling method، influencing factors on emerging anti organizational- citizenship behaviors identified and explained. Statistical population of this research is consisted of personnel and managers of a military organization staff unit in Tehran. Research findings indicated that psychological stress factors، job tension and conflict between life and work directly and feeling inequity factors، organizational incongruence، destructive competition and employment status، age and education factors indirectly affect the emerging anti citizenship behaviors.
