Factors Influencing the Psychological Empowering of Greenhouse Crops Growing Cooperative Members of Kermanshah Province

The main purpose of the study was to determine the influencing factors on empowerment of GCC members of Kermanshah Province. This was an applied type research and descriptive causal method was used. The population consisted of all members employed in GCC (N= 67). However, only 60 of them were accessible. Path analysis by AMOS revealed that the most important factors which positively and directly affect empowerment were internal group trust, organizational commitment, and knowledge about principles of cooperatives. Voluntarily sharing duties, clarity of role tasks, group solidarity, access of information and support of cooperative given to its members; were variables that had indirect effect on empowerment.
