Evaluation of SOFA scoring system predicts mortality and length of stay in intensive care unit patients with transverse Hospital in 1391

Abstract:
Introduction
Scoring system to predict mortality in patients cured of their classification plan Using them can predict mortality of patients who may be in the SOFA scoring system named This study applied the system to be used in intensive care units Predicting mortality and length of stay for patients was performed
Materials And Methods
This descriptive study on 107 patients admitted to the intensive care unit of convenience sampling was conducted over a period of 4 month In this first part of a two-part questionnaire on demographic data and the second part was used Czech SOFA list data using descriptive statistics، chi-square test، Pearson correlation and analysis software spss
Results
The findings showed that the SOFA score and mortality in patients (p <0/0001) there is a significant relationship between SOFA score at admission and length of stay (p = 0/007) found a significant relationship but the SOFA score on the day after admission and length of stay (p = 0/14)، there is no significant relationship
