Land integration and it's effect on production costs and farmer's revenues case study: Lootak rural area, zabol township

Soil erosion, dispersed agricultural lands, Small land lots and etc have caused many problems for peasants and farmers of sistan province. So, land integration bigan in order to mitigate current difficulties and upgrading of output. The main aim of this paper is investigation about effect of land integration on production costs and farmer's in come in Lootak rural area; So two village, (lootak and Islamic abad) as integrated cases and two villages (Varmal and Mosafer Kalati) as non integrated cases were selected for comparative study.The methodology of this research is descriptive- analytical and data gathering is documentary and field survey, interview experts of Jahad of Keshavarzi (revolutionary institute for agriculture affairs). The results show that land integration causes cost mitigation in defferent phases of production and increasing of farmer's income in this region.
