Identification and Ranking of the Effective Components in Selection of Superior Entrepreneurial Businesses

Identification and selection of entrepreneurial businesses are key activities to encourage people to do entrepreneurship. The major goal of the current study is to identify and prioritize the effective components in the selection of superior entrepreneurial businesses. Mixed method is employed to examine this issue. Friedman rank test is used to analyze the data. The findings have revealed that the following components are suitable for nascent entrepreneurial businesses as enablers: individual skills، team work، social skills، high energy levels، organization of resources improved، culture of innovation and creativity. Other factors included in the ranking comprise utility/usefulness، efficiency، vision، sales growth or income business، the economic effect on the community، return on investment and profitability in the results. In addition، the results show that individual skills are the most important and return on investment is the least significant factors in selecting superior entrepreneurial businesses.
