Investigating the relationship between the quality of working life and the performance of employees: A case study

The present study deals with investigating the relationship between the quality of working life and the performance of employees. The main question of the research is: is there any relationship between the two category of the quality of working life and the performance of employees? What is the intensity and direction of this relationship and how can an organization play a constructive role in improving the performance of employees? The population of the study is Irankhodro Diesel Company which has been selected using stratified random sampling procedure. Data has been collected through distributing in-person questionnaire using field-descriptive research method. Using various statistical procedures such as quotient correlation and kai 2 test suggests that there is a significant relationship between all the variables of working life quality and employee's performance. Finally, in view of research findings, some suggestions have been made for the organization, scientific community and future researchers.
