Mirza Ebrahimkhan Monshizadeh From Constitution Till Punishment Committee

An important happening (event) and activity in Iran history is constitution that many individuals، groups and classes have a role to the emergence of it. But after the victory of revolution and minor despotic rule (autocracy) and the return of constitution in 24 A. H 1327،some figures and groups willfully did some individualistic. Because they supposed that the revolution could not achieve its goals. Therefore they acted against local and foreign factors. As Ebrahim monshizadeh and his friend Asadolah kan Abolfathzadeh founded punishment committee. This paper studies Mirza Ebrahim’s political struggles based on historical documents and sources. This research tries to answer the following questions: 1. Why did Monshizadeh join to constitution? 2. What was his role in constitution’s victory? 3. Why did he found punishment committee?
