Identifying and Categorizing Indicators of Organizational Culture in Iran by Factor Analysis

Organizational culture is a system of shared inference whose members have toward the organization and this characteristic differentiates one organization from another organization. This paper seeks to explore indicators, values or variables that formed culture in Iranian organizations. In other word, what indicators place into the organizational culture in Iran? The goal of this article in the first to explore indicators of organizational culture by literature reviews and then identify and categorizing factors which describe and explain of organizational culture in country of Iran. For answering of research questions and categorizing indicators has used statistical samples of 96 professors and specialists that have had studies and researches in relating to organizational culture in Iran. The results indicate organizational identity, individual creativity, integration, responsibility taking, communication pattern and power distance are factors that clarify organizational culture in Iran in which organizational identity is most identified factor.
