Investigating and Surveying the level of Knowledge Management by Linear Structural Relationship Analysis (A Case Study: Mazandaran University)

The aim of this paper is the investigating the level of knowledge management in Mazandaran university by linear structural relationship analysis (LISREL).

The study population includes all the members of department of Mazandaran University. Employing a classified random sampling، the data was collected through the distribution of a questionnaire among the 142 persons of the academic staffs of Mazandaran University. SPSS16. 0 and LISREL8. 5 is used for statistical analysis.

The results of research show the model is confirmed in general. That is، the technical، cultural، and managerial variables are good determiners from the level of knowledge management in Mazandaran University.
