Effect of IT on productivity of judicial system (Case study: judicial system of Kermanshah province)

In this paper the impact of a performed information system which is called the judicial case management system (CMS) on the efficiency of justice department has been investigated. Research results showed that the productivity of the organization could increase through the following factors: the coefficient of case termination, decreasing the time of verification and time allocation, decreasing the time of access to the case information, improve of service quality, reduce error and rising labor discipline. The necessary information was collected from the official statistics of the justice department of Kermanshah province and also through the piloted questionnaire. Data analyzed by the SPSS package and several standard statistical methods have been performed to improve the impact of the above mentioned factors on the productivity of the justice department of Kermanshah province for the time period 2006 to 2009.
