Factors Affecting Trust and Its Components among Vinsar Agricultural Production Cooperative Members of Qorveh County

This study aims at investigating the main factors affecting trust and its within- and between-group relation among members of an agricultural production cooperativecalled Vinsar in Qorveh County. This is a causal-correlation research conducted through a survey. Data were collected through questionnaires from 110cooperative members in 2012. Study findings indicate some significant differences between Within Group Trust (WGT) and Between Group Trust (BGT). In addition, according to the findings of the regression model, about 48.5% of dependent variables are explained by five predictor variables. Indeed, the research findings reveal that the challenges tend to affect the cooperative's agricultural activities at two levels; while trust is low at both levels, BGT is found to be lower. Finally, as suggested, the development of the cooperative depends largely on enhancing the rate of trust at both scales, especially at the BGT level.
