The relationship between quality of life and job involvement among librarians of ShahidChamran University and Jondishapoor University of Medical Sciences libraries

Poupuse: This study investigated the relationship between quality of work life and job involvement among librarians of Shahid Chamran University and Jondishapoor University of Medical sciences of Ahvaz. This is a descriptive study. All librarians of the two universities (60 persons) were surveyed by using quality of work life and job involvement questionnaires. Data were analyzed with Pearson correlation and multi regression method.
