From Secularism to Monasticism The Production of Islamic Social Sciences in Islamic Awakening Period

Science production in the instant world brings power and sovereignty in different aspects and therefore most of the countries of the world are trying to develop their scientific productions both in quality and quantity. The method of the present study is documentary and investigating the possibility of Islamic social sciences production. Therefore it takes a historical glance on scientific process and the formation of ontology, epistemology and contemporary scientific methodologies which are mostly originated in west. The results of the research indicate that worldly (secular) ontologism has lost it's legitimacy after 70 Decade and Islamic revolution in Iran and new processes in production of social sciences are started which show a paradigm change in this field (paradigm shift from western modernism to Islamic modern civilization). Nowadays the new paradigm is being experienced increasingly in Islamic awakening era. The author of the paper concludes Islamic social sciences attempt to study the reality of concealed and witnessed simultaneously in multidimensional ontology.
