Critical Analyzing of Psychological Capital; Toward a Normal Native-Islamic Model

The present article aims to study the ideas and opinions of Critical analyzing of psychological capital; and define a new way in organizing a normal native-Islamic model in Iranian universities. The method of the research is documentary interview and content analysis. The results of the article show no common idea on "psychological capital" among thinkers and they have different and scattered opinions. The final goal of psychological capital is to recognize the principal psychological features which are effective on permanent competitive preferences in organization. The author of the article concludes suggesting a basic framework for future researches on psychological capital in country which will promote the practice and thought of managers and employees in governmental and private sections; instead of the currant psychological capital.
