Determination of Organizational Conflict Resource Model in Alborz Province's Physical Education Teachers with Emphasis on Modifier Role of Gender

The purpose of this study was to detecting model for sources of organizational conflict in Alborz Province’s physical education teachers, emphasis on gender. The research method was descriptive- correlation. Statistical population were774 physical education teachers according to Morgan 252 of them were selected randomly as the sample. The research measuring tools were modulation of Galliano(2003) and Dogberryn’s (1985),resource of conflict identify questionnaires. To Valid of the measuring tools, it used factor analysis and approved factor analysis method and the internal validity of the questionnaire by Cronbach’s Alpha was calculated about 0.81. Statistical method of this research was based on Descriptive statistical, analysis factor, approved analysis and structural equation test by Lisrel8.5 software. The results have shown that: deficiency in the intimacy of organizational information (R=0.71), environment stresses(R=0.67), ambiguous rules (R=0.61), compete for bonuses(R=0.50), contradiction of tasks(R=0.43) and contradiction of authority(R=0.43) have had acceptable effects. Genders as a modifier variable reduce organizational conflict resource in model.
