Surviving Relationship between Knowledge Management with Career Incentive and Job Satisfaction among Academic Members in Ahwaz University of Medical Sciences

Abstract:
The present paper reviewed the relationship between knowledge management with incentive of career and job satisfaction within academic members of Ahvaz University of Medical Sciences. The present study was a correlative-descriptive research. The control group comprised 530 academic members at Ahvaz university of medical sciences from whom 80 faculty members were simply selected randomly to participate in this study. The relative instruments consisted of CronBach’s alpha for questionnaires of knowledge management 92%، CronBach’s alpha of job incentive 84%، and CronBach’s alpha of job satisfaction questionnaire 89%. According to findings have been taken، knowledge management and related components (combination، socialization، and internalization aspect) demonstrated positive correlation with job incentive and career satisfaction. Moreover، the result of multiple regression analysis revealed dimensions such as combination، socialization، and internalization would have more effective role in the variance of job incentive and career satisfaction.
