The International Court of Justice “ICJ” in response to the question of the General Assembly of the United Nations regarding use of nuclear armaments did not reply that it was absolutely prohibited. This essay is established to absolute prohibition of using nuclear armaments under humanitarian law, Islamic instructions and governing principles of international humanitarian law and Teachings of the moral law applicable in international conflicts from the perspective of Islam.
