A study of the Relationship between Organizational Justice and Identity among Employees at University of Isfahan

Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the relation between organizational justice and organizational identity among employees at the university of Isfahan. The statistical population of the study consisted of employees at the University of Isfahan among which 200 employees were selected randomly based on Morgan table (1965) as statistical sample. Collected data were analyzed through regression analysis, Anova, and Pearson’s coefficient correlation. Findings showed that there was a positive and significant relation between organizational justice indices and organizational identity at (p<0/01). Also, there showed no significant difference between justice and identity, with regard to gender, among employees. Finally, the average grades for organizational justice and organizational identity were lower than the medium level.
