The Impact of Organizational Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Executive Organization's Employees of Southern Khorasan in 2012

Organizational justice is a variable that is predictive of lots organizational variables. One of these variables which is important in today's organizations is the issue of organizational citizenship behavior.Considering purpose and nature, this is a practical, descriptive and correlational study, respectively. The research community is all the employees of Southern Khorasan province executive organizations. The studied sample based on Krejcie and Morgan table is 300 people and they have been chosen via classified-random sampling. Two standard questionnaires of organizational justice (26 questions, Likert scale, 92% reliability) and a standard questionnaire of organizational citizenship behavior(27 question, Likert Scale and 7 sub-scale, 92% reliability) have been used. SPSS software, Pearson correlation test and linear regression have been used to analyze information. Results show that there is a significant relationship between organizational justice and components of organizational citizenship behavior emphasizing that the more an organization exhibit justice, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior of the employees would be. It will be appreciated for managers to follow principles and findings of organizational justice theories.
