Prioritize Security Strategies of Sistan and Baluchestan Province via Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)

Security is one of the main objectives of each country. Emphasizing that countries do their best to prevent from any serious risks threatening their own critical values. Considering resource limitation and the necessity of lots of resources to be available simultaneously and completely once performing strategies, analytical hierarchy process as a reliable method can help prioritizing and choosing appropriate strategies which is a multiple-criteria decision making problem. This paper does not focus on index construction for the province security strategies. It only gears toward presenting technique and analytical hierarchy process with quantitative and qualitative criteria. To do so, prioritizing of some of the effective strategies for Sistan and Baluchestan security has been done using opportunities, qualifications, system long-term objectives and duties of the responsible security organs.
