Investigating the Operation of the Province's Universities Impacts on Population Movements and It's Effect on National Security

Investigating the relationship between universities’ operation and population movements in particular and population growth in general in Southern Khorasan, briefly called the province, is an issue rarely has been noticed. The province is confronting with a kind of population movement (and population growth) and it’s consequences which be continued up to several decades. By taking descriptive- analytical approach based on correlation indexes, present study analyses the province population movements and university role in such movements. These movements can create security challenges. A section of the article has been allocated to reviewing such challenges.
