Chronic maxillary osteomyelitis due to 4th premolar root abscess in a German shepherd dog

Antibiotic therapy was performed for ten days. At 30th postoperative day the facial wound has been were performed in our study,s case and facial wound were treated with postoperative antibiotic therapy, lavage and drainage successfully without any complication.
