Review and Expressing the Importance and Place of Council in Islam Political System

Religious democracy system includes God rule by people according to teachings of Islam. Islam political system emphasizes very much on cultural importance for consultation and among an extensive range of rules allocated to construction of society and Islamic system, consultation is a general rule for society construction. Regarding the status and importance of council in Islam, it is enough that a surah is named “Shora” in Holy Quran. This paper attempts to address the role and importance of council in Islam political system and also it is tried to show that if consultation is obligatory or not; in addition, we state scholar’s opinions in this sense. As if in Shiete’s political jurisprudence, consultation is emphatic orders of Islam to the extent that the obligation is approaching incumbency.
