A study of and review on Andalusian narrators mentioned in Imamied narrative sources

In spite of Umayyad anti- Shi`ism process in Andalusia، Shi`ites were relatively present especially among barbarians living in the area. In some historic resources، the name of some narrators such as Honash ibn San`ani and Mohammad ibn Hayun are mentioned as Shi’ite individuals. Also، in Imamied narrative sources، Mohammad ibn Vazah have been called as Andalusian narrators، but no narrative from them has been stated. Studying the existing historic and narrative resources indicates that despite the fact that some Shi`ite narratives in the area are named، there is no evidence to prove the fact that they were Shi`a. The article، through investigating historic and narrative evidence، aims at criticizing the reports indicating the presence of Andalusian narrators among Imamied. Investigating this issue not only reveals the possibility of the presence of Imamied in Andalusia but also clarifies the status of the previously mentioned individuals.
