The Role of Scientific Members in Developing Student's Ideal Culture

The main theme of the article is to clarify the role of scientific members of universities in developing the student's ideal culture. The method of the present article is descriptive and Delphi method and using Islamic texts to determine the role of effective factors on university students culture. The results of the survey indicate the importance of the role of scientific board as the most outstanding share (90/1%) among effective factors on student ideal culture. Others are as follow: educational quantity(81/6%),educational environment(78/3%), university student factors(69/8%),teaching quality(61/8%).the results of the article also indicate the personality and moral characteristics of teachers as having more important role among related factors to the scientific members of university. The author of the research concludes the necessity of teacher's attempts to introduce the main goals of knowledge acquisition among university students.
