Abstract:
Introduction
Restless leg syndrome is a common problem in chronic renal failure with adverse effects on the quality of life. Case report: In this article we presented a 5 year old boy with chronic renal failure and restless leg syndrome who did not respond to oridinary treatments. Levodopa/carbidopa caused rapid and effective result with least adverse effects.
Conclusion
levodopa/carbidopa can be used in treatment of Restless leg syndrome which is unresponsive to oridinary treatments.
