Investigation and Analysis of the Satisfaction Rate of the Citizens of the City Council of the Municipality and the Yield

The present article aims at analyzing and evaluation of citizens '' satisfaction of the performance of urban management is a municipality and city in the Council on the basis of the findings of a field study in Kashan is prepared of organizations citizens satisfaction in three dimensions of urban management، i. e. economic، physical dimension – social and cultural environment – the analysis of the case. The study according to the purpose of the type of applications that use the research methods of analytical and descriptive-type which is fitted to the data collection required for the field survey has been used.
