study problems of Distance Learning System In process of education and higher education institution: Challenges and Solutions

The main objective of the present study was the study problems of Distance Learning System In process of education and higher education institution of lecturers and students. The present research According to Subject was Descriptive- survey of cross-sectional Type. To achieve the target among Statistics population that was Payam Noor University of Ardabil province includes students and faculty in the academic year 1387-88, using a multistage cluster sampling selected 400 students and 50 teachers. This study collect the required information from faculty members and students, were used two questionnaires. The results showed that Students in all research questions (Interactions based on information and communication technology, tutorial, lesson planning, assessment and external problems), Problems are more than adequate self-assessment And faculty in these fields Apart from external problems, the problems are more moderate. Develop and implement a system for distance education, required fields provided below will need to provide: 1- To develop a distance learning system should be established to complete the state program. 2- For an expert system for distance education should occur. 3- the distance education system is necessary statutory and regulatory information, analytical and marketing services development. 4- The system of distance education, information and communication infrastructure must be completed. 5- To develop a distance learning system, teaching methods, scientific methods and other procedures must be completed. 6- Individual control mechanisms should be established in remote education system.
