Tourism development can be a large role in the employment and development of the culture of work and entrepreneurship. The purpose of this paper is to compare the existing situation and favorable tourism industry in Iran and its role in the development of entrepreneurship and business culture in the country and check the necessary infrastructure to develop the industry.
