Identifying and Ranking Work Ethic Factors Affecting Organization Commitment of Air University Employees
This article is going to deal with recognizing and ordering the ethical factors which have impacts on employees organizational commitment in Shahid Sattari Aeronautical University. So, the main question of this article is that what the working ethical factors are based on this literature and the impacts of these on the development of organizational commitment on employees. Populations of the study are employees and faculty members of Shahid Sattari Aeronautical University and simple random sampling was used. The aim of this research is descriptive and practical in which researcher used questionnaire for data collection. Having found the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, correlation test and structural equation model were used. The results of the study proved all the research questions. Based on the finding, the assumptions regarding the efficacy of working ethical factors have been confirmed. Coefficient correlation between the variables is 77/5 % which reveals a significant relation between ethical factors and organization commitment.
