Effects of Quality information System on individuals and organizations in the light of user's satisfaction and willingness

This paper introduces methods and models to assess the success and development of information systems success and introduction of Delon and Maklin (D & M) as a model for evaluating the success of integrated information systems. The populations of this research are integrated information system users in Iran Water and Power Resources Development Company. According to Morgan 103 employees were selected by systematic sampling and the researcher-made questionnaire were distributed among them to find out the independent variables of information quality, systems and services for people and organizations mediating variables in light of the consent and desire of users. Findings indicate that the variable “quality of service " through the intermediate variable " user intent " and " user satisfaction " dependent variable " organizational impact " will be directly. Although, the variable of “quality “through an intermediary variable “user satisfaction” impacts directly on the individual dimension.
