Study the Impact of Trident Model's Factors on Knowledge Management

This research fulfilled by purpose to investigating the role of structural, contextual and behavioral factors in the form of trident model on knowledge management in a defence organization, in this research that is a functional and expansion research – we modelized on the basis of structural equation approach and relation between these factors and knowledge, management. The statistical population was consisted of 107 people of the organization throughout the country, including chairmans, managers and personnel’s. The results showed that there are positive and. Meaningful relationship between basic research variable, and in comparison between the factors of trident model, we determined that, the structural, behavioral and contextual factors in order to priority, have most affected on knowledge management of the organization, and ultimately, organization structure has most effect in structural factors, management and leadership has most impact in behavioral factors and so “logical interaction with external scientific world” has most affected in contextual factors.
