Psychological effects of skills assessment on workers of Tehran Iran Khodro Company

Abstract:
Introduction
The purpose of this research is the application of skills assessment program and its effects on self-esteem، motivation and stress management at work among workers of the assembly line of Tehran Iran Khodro Company (IKCO). Research
Method
This research was performed with the quasi-experimental method with pre-exam and post-exam with control group within 6 months and 62 assembly line workers of Iran Khodro. Factory were elected by random for sampling.
Findings
Results of its execution demonstrate significant increase in workers selfesteemin every 4 scales. (p<0،01) and in motivational viewpoint there is significant differences in post-exam. (p<0،01) but in job stress viewpoint stress of assembly line workers was decreased significantly in 5 out o f 6 subscale. (p<0،01).
Conclusion
Based on findings of this research it can be said that execution of competence balance sheet program program on workers of Tehran Iran Khodro Company result in an increase in workers self-esteem and motivation and job stress management correction and it plays effective role in their job satisfaction and welfare.
