The Organizational Self-Respect Strengthening in NAJA Staff with Emphasis on Training Approach
The Self-Respect is a perception and self-consciousness that the individual has to his capabilities. The staff of organization, under the effects of several elements would be able to obtain the organizational self-respect. The reflection of staff self-respect is determines in the measure of motive and interest in the work environment. In this article, by review of fulfiled researches in the field, have studied six factors: organizational, ecurity, respect, justice, participation in making-decision, possibility of progress and vital and physiological needs.
