Administrative Pathology and Organizational Culture of Staff in Organizations and Offering Recommendations
The present article is aiming at reviewing the administrative pathology and organizational culture of staff in organizations to offer proper recommendations to face it. Therefore, while reviewing the conceptual atmosphere of the topic, the research should benefit from sociological theories for determining conceptual atmosphere and the cultural damages of the staff. The required data is collected through applying qualitative method and studuing information in a documentary way. The achieved findings resulted from documentary studies and the recent studies indicate that all together, some variables such as ambiguity in role, feeling of not having norms, distrustfulness feeling, difficulty of role, not being familiar with job, not respecting clients and role conflict are considered as dimensious and indices of the cultural damages of the staff.
