Abstract:
Today, managers consider the only success method in business as being superior to the other competitors. The reality is that the only success way in competition is stopping to make effort for victory in competition. Indeed, considering this important mission is an unavoidable necessity. The aim is to introduce one of the challenging issues in business “blue ocean strategy”; the strategy that instead of focusing on direct competition in existing markets can create new market space in which competition has no meaning. This study investigates the new and old concepts of this strategy as the traditional view of business strategy is changing. Thus, by brief comparison between Red ocean and Blue ocean, the importance of implementation of blue ocean as a new idea for Iran business model can be investigated.
