This study is a contract content analysis with a purposive sampling and maximum variation. 23 participants were selected gradually to saturate the information among middle-aged women living in Kashan. Data analysis was conducted simultaneously.

"The journey towards perfection" has emerged from the data as the theme of the study. This theme consisted of 5 main categories; "Feelings of adequacy", "Sense of sophistication"," Deepen relations", "Meaning-oriented", "Meeting the spiritual and financial prosperity" and multiple sub-categories.

The study presented the majority of women's health-promoting factors in middle age. Paying attention to these factors can promote the overall health status of the women of the country.
