Representing a Model for Organizational Ambidextrous Learning Development (Fitness's Model of Intellectual Capital with Organizational Ambidextrous Learning: Case Study in Pharmaceutical Industry)

One of the new research domain who affect managers، researchers and scientific approach is ambidexterity and its effect on all aspects of organizations. This means that an organization can benefit from what mechanisms simultaneously used both exploration and exploitation، efficiency and innovation and be succeed. In this article the authors review the literature and in-depth overview of the theoretical foundations in the area of ambidextrous learning and how they fit with the intellectual capital (human capital، social capital and organizational capital) to adapt and develop ambidextrous learning in organizations raised. Designed model is consistent with the logic of ambidexterity mode and is used vertical line to show results. In order to test the model، Design a questionnaire with 11 open questions and distributed among the senior executives of 26 companies active in the pharmaceutical industry. 91 questionnaires collected and data using content analysis and application of MaxQDa analyzed. The results showed for the development of ambidextrous learning in organizations need to fit all aspects of intellectual capital with the concept of ambidextrous learning.
