The Effectiveness of Reality Therapy Group on Identity Styles of highschool Students of Mashhad

In this research effectiveness of Reality Therapy group on identity styles (information، normative، diffusion & commitment) has been evaluated. 14 adolescent students from Mashhad city along with their mothers were randomly assigned to experimental & control groups. Before & after intervention، each groupwere tested by Berzonsky Identity Styles Inventory. multivariate covariance analysisshowed that reality therapy has significant effect on improving information (P=0. 03) and commitment (p=0. 009) identity styles but has not significant effect on confusion (p=0. 15) and normative (p=0. 25) identity styles. this results meansshows realitygrouptherapy can be used for students with identity problems.
