Affecting Factors on Empowerment of Faculty Members from the Islamic Perspective

Abstract:
Objectives
The present article aims at identifying the enabling factors among faculty members from the Islamic perspective.
Methods
The method is a descriptive - analytical and statistical Society of Educational Sciences and Islamic experts. 21 people were selected as samplingfrom the experts in both areas and semi-structured interview, and the data have been collected and analyzed through open coding.
Results
The result of the survey suggests Reward system, Participatory management, motivation, democratic leadership style, modeling, professional growth and confidence as the factors affecting the empowerment of faculty members from the management perspective.
Conclusion
The author of the research concludes the realization of human dignity and work ethic of managers is considered among the factors in enabling faculty members.
