In this work, the writer has applied a specific language along with defining the fact and making communication with his audience as well as the influence of his speech from knowledge. 3. This embraces a new structure of word, beautiful and artistic combinations, brevity, convenient lengthening of speech and appropriate application in various situations to convey his meaning to the audience. 4.
