Analysis of multi stakeholders quality curriculum model

Curriculum is a key factor in quality realization in higher education. One Curriculum model that can lead to quality realization is Meyer Bushney model. According this model in curriculum development should be respected about eighteen stakeholder including learners, alumni, employees, governmental organization, local university, international university, external advisors, priority agency, the agency of determining criteria, standards centers, professional members, professional service agency, society private agency, research organization, subject matter specialists and evaluators. This model has three phase including quality planning, quality management and quality evaluation The first phase included two stage market analysis and designing curriculum based on market analysis results. The second phase includes preparing learning program and providing the prerequisites of its realization. At this phase resource allocation, cognition of potentialities and designing management system and learning support are very significant. The third phase includes program moderation and evaluation through self and peer assessment mechanism. In sum this model is a integrated and problem based model. Its main focus is on principles such as market centered, job centered, empowerment and focus on multi stakeholders satisfaction. According to above discussion n this paper using analytical-descriptive method the feature and applications of multi stake holders model are discussed.
