Comparative study of Saadiand William Shakespeare's eulogy

Saadi and Shakespeare are both famous and universal faces. Therefore studying their poemscomparativelyhas the excellence of importance. Although these two poets belonged to two different geographical areas and time periods, but Shakespeare in England, has the same fame and popularity that Saadi has in Iran. The eulogy of these two poets containsmatterswhich make their consideration necessary to know their thoughts and ideals. Dominant social elements in that time hadcharacteristicswhichwere reflected in their panegyrics poetry. Comparison of their panegyrics poems as a portrait of society ideals is considerable. The relationshipbetween these two poets and their patrons and their place in literary and artistic societies have been considered using comparative method. It is hoped that this researcher's viewpoint spread to their other artistic aspects to be perfectly known.
