Family is the first group that naturally is existed and society is based upon it so the type and quality of family performance in fulfillment of its duties is an appropriate indicator for evaluating the performance of society. If the family performance be better and healthier، public health will be increased and inverse، if family performance be worse and more turbulent، public health will be more threatened. When woman – the root and basis of family –tends to delinquency، could not be expected that other family members especially children، took step in the right way، because they are deprived of proper education. Due to the importance of the issue، in particular، delinquency of girls as future mothers and makers of next generation، and since most studies have been conducted in quantified methods، this research tries to evaluate the quality of this subject and the impact of family on it in religious metropolis like Isfahan. In fact، the aim is studying the effect rate of family including father and mother on different kinds and rate of girls delinquency. In this research for gathering information is used from the content analysis method (network themes). The results of this research show that family has high influence on tendency or reluctance of girls to committing delinquency and in fact، could regard family and its conditions as the most important factors for incidence of crime and delinquency.
