Investigating the mediator role of organizational justice in relation of spirituality at work and organizational commitment

In recent studies of organization and management, there are beliefs that concept of spirituality and spirituality at work would be the answer and solution to reduce the negative functions in organizations and lead to the favorable consequences, such as organizational commitment and job satisfaction. In this regard, there are factors that can reinforce effects of spirituality on positive organizational outcomes. To verify current views, this study was carried out with the goal of investigating the intermediate role of organizational justice between spirituality at work and organizational commitment. Therefore, from research literature a conceptual model for our study was designed, and tested among a sample of administrative staff in Tarbiat Modares University using random sampling method. Correlation research method, Structural Equation Modeling with Smart PLS software was applied for data analysis. The results showed that there is positive influence of spirituality at work and organizational justice on organizational commitment. The role of Organizational justice as a mediator variable was also confirmed that represents the effect of positive support of spirituality on the organization commitment.
