Challenges of Legal Jurisprudence Tenure of Police Officials by Women in Islamic Republic of Iran

The aim of this study is to investigate the permit or not permit of women''s political participation in professions such as police officials that have dimensions of sovereignty. In this study data collection was performed by library method and documentation. Findings and The investigations reveal that there is not an acceptable definitive documentary about the lack of permit of women''s tenure in police officials as governance tenure and the principles related to employment issues in the constitution and other related law articles، confirm the permit of women''s participation in police officials also there is no legal and jurisprudence obstacle about them.
